- Provide on-site project manager to supervise and coordinate with main contractor, architect and other consultants
- Provide immediate solution to ad-hoc construction issues which might affect timeline or delivery of VP
- Attend CCM or site meeting
- Implement QC procedure to ensure quality of workmanship and material is met at all times
- Develop and implement sales programmes and strategies for company or project to reach out to target audience and achieve sales target within a timeline
- Coordinate and collaborate with active real estate agencies, bulk purchasers, foreign investment groups, etc
- Conduct market study on current property trends, demand and supply, etc
- Sales team support – from issuance of sales form to signing of SPA and loan documentation, including liaising with lawyers and bankers
- Credit control support – from coordination of stamping of SPA to issuance of CCC, including collection of payment from Purchaser / Bank as well as legal advice and letters to be issued, if any
- Legal and clerical support – from issuance of developer’s letter of confirmation until perfection of title
- Property management services – provide developer’s representative in JMB, liaising with building management prior to setting up of JMB, including setting up of MC
- Develop and implement branding strategies for a company or project including marketing collaterals, website, sales gallery display and event launching
- Plan and implement publicity strategies and campaigns including media coverage, press ad and social media marketing
- Design communication platform with target group, purchasers and bankers
- Representing company or project to speak publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations, if required
- Attend all meetings with the developer and consultants during construction, seeing it through until completion to ensure development is delivered as planned
- Prepare feasibility study, forecast and analysis with GDC and GDV
- Assist in sales gallery and show units construction, liaising with interior designers, architects and other consultants
- Prepare and submit details and plans for Schedule of Parcel for issuance of title, if applicable
- Attend to handover of vacant possession to purchasers
- Attend to any ad-hoc scenario related to the development
- Design, plan, execute and deliver a highly coveted development with topnotch lifestyle facilities that are outstanding, innovative and unique
- Maintain quality and high standard of materials within an allowable budget
- Submit, apply and obtain authority approval from DO to CCC
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants pre- and post-planning, pre- and post development, and comment on drawings and design as and when required
- Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of client presentations
- Participate in client meetings, gathering requirements and understanding project objectives.
